📸 Photo Upload Guidelines for New Report Card
To ensure your photo is clear and professional on your new report card, please follow these guidelines:
🔑 Step 1: Login ID Verification (Mandatory)
Before uploading your photo, you must verify your Student Portal Login ID.
Visit the IT Office in school for verification and access credentials.
📷 Step 2: Photo Requirements
- Recent photograph (taken within the last 3 months)
- Passport-size, color photo with plain white or light background
👔 Step 3: Dress Code
- Students must be in proper school uniform
- No hats, sunglasses, or accessories allowed
💾 Step 4: Technical Specifications
- Acceptable formats: JPEG / JPG / PNG
- Maximum file size: 1 MB
🖼️ Step 5: Photo Guidelines
- Face must be clearly visible and centered
- No filters or editing
- Eyes open, with a neutral expression
📤 Step 6: Upload Process
- After login ID verification, log in to the Student Portal
- Navigate to “Report Card Photo Upload” section
- Upload your photo before 10th September 2025
